Hebert’s Meat Market was started in 1959, in a small one-room building.  Once the word spread of the high-quality, fresh meat from Hebert’s, customers started rushing from the city to this small country store. As the business grew, Clement began making sausage, boudin, and cracklins, which customers loved, and still do today.

Our services include slaughtering and cleaning of animals for preparatory of processing. When processing wild game, these animals must be cleaned before arrival. Please click on animal below for specific cut sheets.
